Quesadilla's Maise Style

Not a totally hard project but a project none the less.  I missed some of the prep pictures but it was actually a lot messier than expected! I had a bowl of cheese separated for my 2 year old and a plate with tortillas for her to fill. She was so funny..."Mo Cheese Momma, Mo Cheese." She actually only completed one by herself and she didn't even wait to cook it. The pictures of her eating her immediate masterpiece are fantastic. That was the cheesiest quesadilla ever! I continued the process an let her watch. We heated them up in our George Forman because we rock like that. Seriously if you have a Forman grill think out of the box we use it for so many things. Like French toast, grill cheese, grilled veggies. It is an awesome way to eat healthy and offers easy clean up. Go George!
